Trust oracle for the Japanese x402 / A2A agent economy — bilingual, JP-business-day aware, cryptographically signed

支払う前に、くぐる。Before your agent pays an unknown x402 endpoint, ask Torii whether it is trustworthy. Every answer is a deterministic function of recorded probes and is signed with Ed25519, so you can verify it offline. When the evidence is thin, Torii says UNRATED rather than guessing (証拠が薄ければ推測せず UNRATED)。

Torii specializes in the Japanese x402 ecosystem: every report carries a bilingual (EN/日本語) summary, a market tag, and freshness measured in JP business days (週末・祝日を除いた営業日) so an endpoint that is quiet over a Japanese holiday is not falsely penalized.
